♝{ Synthetic lighting, whoever made it surely committed a crime, and should be punished for creating such an eyestrain. A short man, dressed in a dark, bespoke suit pinched the bridge of his nose as he looked through a file he’d just receive not too long ago. He treaded through the pale, sanitary halls of his hospital, followed by a doctor and nurse who seemed rather perturbed by pulling their boss from his office. The gentleman squinted his tired eyes at the documents that were produced after running a series of tests on their most recent patient. A patient that’d just arrived only hours ago, but was in serious condition.

“I’m not sure vhy you zhough it vas necessary to pull me out of my office,” said the German gentleman, his voice raspy and dry from lack of rest. He stopped walking once they’d arrived outside the patient’s registered room, seeing him resting under the supervision of medical equipment that was attached to him. Closing the file, he handed it back to the doctor beside him, albeit a bit irritated. “I’ll take a look at zhe problem.” He sighed, opening the door, and entering the patient’s room.}

Sophia had just gotten into town after the semester ended. Her first order of business was dropping off some paperwork to her father at work. The girl was chatting with one of her fathers coworkers before she turned the corner and bumped into someone. Thinking that the man was just visiting or something she immediately apologized. “Sorry about that, I should’ve watched where I was going.” She offered him a small smile before the blonde got on her knee to grab the papers she had dropped on the floor.

Connor landed on the fire escape with a thud, feeling the old, rickety iron rattling around his feet. He stood still to make sure the entire thing didn’t collapse, before pulling up the window to his bedroom. He snuck inside, trying to be as quiet as possible, and pulled off his supersuit. He was covered in dust, debris, and rubble, and he reeked of sweat. The kid desperately needed a shower, but he was all too tired. Tossing his suit into his closet, he changed into something more comfortable and left his bedroom for the kitchen, where he found the usual pile of dishes in the sink. “Dude, we got anything left to eat?”Connor asked, his stomach grumbling so loud the entire building could hear it.

♝{ When his roommate walked in from his room, Kean, who was lying flat on their stained, wornout couch, with textbooks lying on his legs and one propped up on his chest so he could read it. Wearing a loose muscle tank and sweats, it was obvious he’d been in the same spot for quite a while. His head jerked over, looking at Connor enter the room, bent glasses that rested on the bridge of his nose nearly falling off. The shorter male slowly sat up as he pulled his glasses off, pushing the books off of him. His eyes looking Connor over as he cracked his neck.

“Dude… Zhe fuck you’ve been doing in zhere?” The younger man looked like he’d be either cleaning some seriously dusty furniture in his room, enough to where he got dust all over him - or he had been rolling in the dirt. Kean squinted at the other, lips in a straight line. He was too tired for this. He obviously needed sleep, thought he never could seem to grasp the concept of rest. Severe bags under his eyes and coarse stubble that hasn’t been taken care of. Speaking of things that needed taking care of… Kean ran a hand through his oily undercut, noticing he needed a shower. His unkept hair was not that of a gentleman’s. Nor his mannerisms. Fresh off the streets and taken under his uncle’s wing to become a gentleman and a businessman… and a surgeon. Him, posh? He mentally rolled his eyes.

Kean grunted, standing up from the couch he popped his back before walking over to the fridge and pulling out a take-out box, setting it down by the microwave. “Zhere’s some take-out, but ozhervise nozhing else.” The older man scratched at his tattooed back idly, thinking if he had any money leftover from his most recent heist. “I zhink I can get us some pizza later if you vant.” Usually he was pretty good about getting enough to last him a month or so, or he’d have to do a few people a favor or two.}

☮: when my muse feels the most at ease

Mercy feels the most at ease when she knows that she’s finished with everything she set out to accomplish that day. She literally keeps a very organized to-do list with goals that she wants to accomplish throughout the day. So when she’s able to leave the office and know that she’s done everything she needed to, she truly finds an inner peace.

Marcello feels the most at ease when he’s just by himself. He’s the most comfortable right at home, in his penthouse doing anything from lounging in his living room watching TV, relaxing in his hot tub. Although he does find a lot of comfort and a sense of ease when he’s “entertaining” a house guest (or guests if he’s in one of those moods).

☂: my muse’s favorite season or time of year

Mercy’s favorite season is spring because that’s the busiest season for the company and there’s plenty to do.

Marcello’s favorite season is summer because he can literally go out in anything and enjoy collecting his cars, killing people at night, or just picking up people at any beach he can find whether it’s at home in Metropolis or not. (once he was even arrested for indecent exposure in summer because he just wanted to go out and have a good time and he couldn’t figure out what he wanted to wear so he went with “the next best thing”.)

✧: what my muse’s netflix queue looks like

Mercy doesn’t have too much time for Netflix, but she does have all kinds of documentaries and even a few sci-fi movies she’s been interested in but never has enough time to sit down and watch, no matter how much she promises she’ll get around to it.

Marcello’s Netflix queue is full of movies and shows of any and every genre. Movies like Fast and Furious (obviously), Saw, and even Shaun of the Dead (which is one of his favorites). The shows he has are actually something you wouldn’t expect like Shameless, Cupcake Wars, some cartoons, but the only show he’s dedicated to is Shameless. (because he already saw the cooking competition shows three times in a row)

☆: what my muse would be famous for if they were famous

Mercy would probably be famous for being a UFC fighter because of her incredible combat skills.

Marcello would probably be a notorious thief and killer because…well, look at what he’s done.
