CHAGEE Open First Pet-Friendly Store in Southeast Asia at Eastwood City
CHAGEE, the international tea sensation that has taken Manila by storm, is set to become pets and fur parents’ favorite hangout spot with the opening of its first-ever pet-friendly store in Southeast Asia in Eastwood City today, December 5, 2025. Its grand opening weekend promises can’t-miss promos and activities with pawsome surprises that will give pets and humans a weekend to remember.
Fueled by the growing pet ownership among Filipinos, CHAGEE’s newest Tea Bar in Manila looks to elevate tea experience by introducing a new space where tea culture meets pet companionship, effectively hoisting its mission to craft moments of connection through high-quality tea. The Hungry Kat was invited together with our fur-baby Fiona to the media preview of CHAGEE's newest Pet-Friendly store last December 2 which you can find just outside the Eastwood Mall in Eastwood City.
This inclusive Eastwood store is the global milk tea brand’s way of bringing people–including their pets–closer together. Fiona was quite happy to discover a new place to hang out with her fellow fur pets and to meet some new friends as well.

CHAGEE’s pet-friendly store features a playful rooftop cat installation and dog sculpture adorning the entrance. The entire store is designed with safety, hygiene, and comfort for pets and their owners in mind—featuring alfresco seating with weather-resistant benches, non-slip and durable flooring, and air purifiers strategically situated around the store.
Beyond the aesthetics, CHAGEE’s pet-friendly store also offers free water for pets served in specially designed bowls. It also strategically features an enclosed tea bar counter with glass panels, keeping drinks visible yet protected from pet fur or dander.
There is also a dedicated cleaning station equipped with wet wipes, lint rollers, and trash bags, plus an indoor handwash station to keep the space sanitary and fresh.
There's also a play pen area for both dogs and cats to use with their friends. Another notable feature they have are these lease hooks which you can find around the store. These will make it easy to watch and keep track of your babies while you place your orders at the counter.
To top it all off, every order screams cuteness overload with the specially designed pet-themed cups in pastel colors featuring cuddly pets, exclusively at the Eastwood branch.
The CHAGEE Eastwood pet-friendly store grand opening pop-up event kicks off on December 5 and runs through December 7, promising ‘paw-some’ celebration to pets and their owners. Guests can enjoy a variety of fun sights and activities including the CHAGEE giant cup, pawtrait photo booth, and even a “paw-shion” show.
Participants who will complete 2 activities at the pop-up event can take home prizes, such as a free drink voucher. Pet parents who purchase any of the pet store merchandise will get a free family paw-trait during the opening weekend and a chance to win big at CHAGEE’s social media giveaway for posting their paw-traits and tagging CHAGEE’s socials.
The grand opening festivities also include a “Paw-shion Show by CHAGEE” on December 5. Customers who love dressing up their fur babies in festive costumes can register via CHAGEE Philippines on Facebook and @chagee.ph on Instagram to join the fashion show. Walk-in participants are also welcome to register on-site and join the event. Each pet gets 30 to 45 seconds to shine, with a professional photographer on-site capturing theunforgettable moment. Winners will be announced on the same day and will receive gift certificates, drink vouchers, and treats!
CHAGEE is also bringing back its popular Tear and Win promo, along with must-have CHAGEE pet merchandise, exclusively for the grand opening weekend. Beyond brewing good tea, CHAGEE is brewing kindness through its partnership with Pawssion Project, a non-profit organization that has rescued over 3,000 stray animals and rehomed more than 2,000 since 2018. From December 5 to 7, CHAGEE will donate all proceeds from its pet merchandise to Pawssion Project. All proceeds from the sticker merch will go directly to the organization.
CHAGEE is also displaying the rescues’ photos in the store to boost adoption and raise awareness about the state of stray animals in the Philippines.
