Some line art tips from some dude uhhh:

Try drawing from your shoulder, it allows for more flowy movement and better control (especially in curves)

pull straight lines towards you

while drawing a straight line, instead of looking where your hand is moving, look at the point you want to connect the straight line to

if you're doing a detailed work (like backgrounds) keep in mind if you're doing shaky straight lines or using a ruler, it helps with consistency

if you're doing detailed work, the paint bucket tool is you best friend (Line art might take forever, but coloring flats takes an eternity without a good coloring tool /hyp)

When you color something in, you'll often find that the small details you made in the line art will often be lost in the color, so keep in mind the level of detail you want to draw!

If you want a character/object to pop in a scene, thicken the bordern outline of them

Despise shaky lines with your fine line brush? Textured brushes often hide it (this is less of a tip and more just personal preference, you can just use an untextured brush and just go ham, i just got really shaky hands sjdhskd)

Depending on the program you use, you might find a panel with default brush sizes, those are there for linework and easily switch between widths so you don't have to memorize them (if you dont have that, which I don't, I usually save the same brush preset but have them at different sizes so I can easily switch between them while drawing)

Lining often takes a long while, especially in larger pieces, please take frequent breaks and stretch your wrist and hand (from personal experience, i find large illustrations with a lot of detail take around 3-5 days to line and I usually work 3-hours a day on them)
