Imagine if

The Harry potter films (which I have only watched one and only managed one book - but I hear they are pretty popular, AO3 seems to think so) went beyond the books and in the last film Harry and his pals got rid of magic and this ending ended up wiping out all the wizards and the magic folks (sorry dunno if the non humans had magic too). So basically Harry and co committed suicide. There would be an uproar, people would be freaking out. There would be so many warnings at the start of the film, so many bad reviews, parents would be going crazy as the kids of the world were traumatised.

Well that is what happened in GO3. And somehow we are meant to be ok with that.

(Oh I just looked up the ending to HP, it was a close thing wasn't it? BUT. BUT they knew their audience and did not do it)

And btw - Crowley hated the sad ones, remember that.

I have so many drafts of this thought I have about people taking moral offense when it comes to their blorbos but nothing comes out coherent so im just gonna say this:

People who make liking characters as indicative of your morals and people who refuse to acknowledge problematic behavior in their fav are different sides of the same coin. I will not explain further

My older dog developed this little routine. He's not a big cuddler, but he will sit with you for 10-15 minutes or so, 30 if you're lucky. In the mornings now, as soon as I sit down on the couch, he'll jump up with me. It's our morning cuddle session.

Sometimes he'll look up at me waiting for an invitation before jumping. Other days, usually when I take too long, and he's sitting somewhere else in the morning I'll ask "Tater Tot do you want morning cuddles?" He follows after as we make our way to the couch.

The funny thing is too, if he doesn't get his morning cuddles, his mood seems worse for the day. Or at least if there's a few days in a row where we don't do it. So I always try to make sure we get in our morning cuddles, all ten minutes of them.
