Everything packed into his bag; Alfred sighed and glanced around the apartment one more time. It was probably time to move, because at any time the Infected could make their way here. Alfred lifted the window and climbed out onto the balcony. Glancing over the side, he swore as he watched a couple of Infected feast on an unfortunate soul. It was clearly too late for the person, so he leapt across to the neighbouring balcony, gripping the ledge tightly before, with a grunt, pulling himself up. He was thankful that he had, in recent times, taken up exercise. Using the fire escape, he got down to the ground, looking around in case the noise had drawn some unwanted attention.
Staying away from the main roads, Alfred continued on his way, completely without any sort of map. Trying to remember his way around Copenhagen, and avoiding Infected, Alfred ultimately found himself at the park. This was both a good thing and a bad thing. On one hand, there was plenty of cover. But it was also out in the open. For the time being, Alfred decided getting off the ground was probably best, and he started climbing one of the trees.
