Aqua hummed as she sat on the couch in the living room, playing on her phone as she enjoyed the silence in the house. Without the children, the bara house was fairly quiet. Even a few of the baras went out to enjoy themselves.

BANG

CRACK

Suddenly, someone was body checking the front door, having it snap and break open. Aqua jumped as spun around to see two giant skeletons squeeze in through the front door. Even though she was no stranger to large skeletons, even these two were by far some of the largest she ever seen. The shorter one been over 10 foot.

"W-WHO ARE YOU?! What are you doing here?"

She stammered, fear creeping up her spine. Backing up a bit as she spoke.

"Hmm nice place. Even has a few toys in it."

The taller of the two spoke, looking around and ignored the tiny human girl.

"Hmm I like how small they are. They break so easy."

The smaller one grinned, looking down at Aqua with a cruel grin, enjoying the fear on her face.

"F-FELL!"

She screamed as Aqua turned to run, just to feel the shorter of the two grab onto her hair and yank her back. Letting out a cry as he dragged her back, lifting her off the ground to let her dangle, the two laughed at her pain and attempt to escape.

Fell ran the moment her heard Aqua scream, stopping short when he saw she was currently being held up by her hair.

"Whoa what the fuck!? Don't hurt her, just put her down and we'll get you what ever you want."

Fell said trying his hardest to get Aqua save first. His heart sank when the two laughed again and the smaller one shook her to make her sway in the air and cry out in pain.

"Actually, I don't think so. I think this seems like a fine place to settle down. Isn't that right Bruiser?"

"Sound good ta me Chief. So get comfy tubby, we're taking over this joint. And if anyone gets any bright ideas, we'll use this little number as target practice."

He threatened, lifting her up higher as grabbed her face, giving it a squeeze.

"OW! OW! OW! Please stop!"

I've noticed a common theme of characters I like

Robots, ghosts, puppets

Ghosts - OKAY NINJAGO SEASON 5 IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST SEASON I WILL NOT HEAR ANY OTHE OPINION. *cough* I mean- ninjago season 5 is where me liking ghosts probably stemmed from. I mean COME ON! Cole became a ghost and had to deal with all the shut that came with it! AND MORRO AND LLOYD'S WHOLE THING??? Please I loved it AH anddddddd now we have Danny 👍 who came beforeeeee ninjago but shhhhh I was picking mushrooms when that aired jfnfnbfbd

ROBOTS!!! Obviously- THE DCA! Can't really think of any other robots atm haha BUT THEIR JEKYLL AND HYDE SHTIC FOLLOWS ME EVERYWHERE ATP AND MAKES ME IMPLEMENT IT IN ANY WAY I CAN TO MY CURRENT INTEREST JFJFJFB

Chief and bruisers style looks like they came from an apocalypse AU or MadMax

"Ha ha, you ain't wrong. Lots of monsters an' people say our universe is apocalyptic. Almost like... how did they say it? Oh Yeah! Like 'A fate worst then hell."

"Is everyone here this moronic? We already said who we are. But to get it into that thick skull of yours, I'm Chief, that's my brother, Bruiser. And we are the new owners of this... 'establishment.'"

"Ah for where we came from, we're from a universe called "Chaintale." Basically, each chain link is a trophy for someone we kill. Not just the peez little slave monsters but monsters of status and importance. Typically we can't leave our universe without the curse trying to drag us back or have these giant links tear out of our bodies, but somehow, we got teleported here. So we can finally have some new hunting grounds."

Mun: Oh fuck I didn't even have to see the full picture of Chief to know who they were! You'll be okay Aqua!!

"HA! Great to see our reputation precedes us. And sure, she's just fine, right toots?"

Bruiser laughed as he pinched Aqua's bruised cheek before giving it a semi gentle slap.

"Sure..."

So do the links just appear when you defeat a monster? Do they turn into a chain (like instead of dusting?)

"Heh no, it's nothing that complicated. When we kill, we take the corpse or some sort of proof to Grillby, who than forges a chain link and gives it to us. Some ask that the body gets turned to ash and mixed into the links, but most just leave the body with him to do what ever he wants with it and he makes a link."
