Was thinking of Phantom again and realized 'hey the cloak in the stage version of 'Point of no Return' kind of looks almost similar to The Chairman's robe.' And then I had the most amusing excuse to revisit those TGAMM/PotO drawings.

He actually did (I think it was in 'Davenports in Demise') but... yeah why not.
