i have my biology end of course exam next tuesday and ive been studying so much but im so scared that im going to forget to review something :( i know there are retakes next january but im still scared out of my mind

hey, it’s okay. don’t worry about forgetting to review something. focus on the positive because constantly thinking something is going to wrong will only hurt you.

organize the rest of your studying sessions, or at least look up every chapter/lecture you have to cover and write them down. this way, you can organize them into a checklist and go through them. if you have them all in your sight, you can at least take the pressure of having to remember everything you have left to study off your shoulders. good luck!
