Releasing yang energy

Major release, major detox symptoms. Major inner shift. Don’t think I’ve been this sick my entire life. Either burning up or freezing down from deep within my Soul. Trying to sleep through this, and just BE. And this is just after finishing the first ChakraDance base chakra module. Hope the next few weeks will go easier after this deep anchoring into Mother Gaia and getting in touch with deep security,family and safety issues.
