The Throat Chakra is associated with the color blue & connects us to our ability to express ourselves. It is the chakra that allows us to exhibit more confidence & communicate concisely & effectively 🌀. . This chakra is associated with vivid dreams, dictates our sensitivity to the energy others put out, influences our self-talk & criticism of others as well as allows us to be more at ease with the world around us. This is our first metaphysical chakra & is often seen as our seat of emotion. Signing, mindful talk & writing helps to balance this chakra as well as drinking more water. Practicing the art of letting go of things which you cannot control helps keep this chakra balanced & the energy flowing. .
