Yet another challenge I wrote over a year ago. When I was growing up, this anime was a huge part of my life and I adored it. It will always have a special place in my heart, even if I’ve moved on from obsessing over it. You do not have to know this anime in order to enjoy this challenge, it’s open to everyone!
For the record, Katekyo Hitman Reborn! is about a young boy named Tsuna who finds himself in line to become the boss of the infamous Vongola family. Reborn, a hitman tutor, is sent to train and guide him on his journey while also finding those who will join his family and fight at Tsuna’s side. Hilarity ensues with a few dark moments, too.
◇ Getting Started
Choose one house to be the Vongola Headquarters for the challenge.
Babies can be aged up as soon as it’s almost their birthday.
Infants can be aged up after unlocking 5 different milestones.
Toddlers can be aged up after reaching level 3 in all skills.
Children can be aged up as soon as their aspiration is complete.
Teens can be aged up as soon as they get an A and earn one scout badge.
All young adults must enter the criminal career (unless otherwise stated) but it’s your choice if you want to reach the specified level or max each one.
The main challenge is gens 1-7. The extended family 1 & 2 are optional!
Another challenge I wrote over a year ago. This has been found and edited before being posted to this blog. There are two different ways to play, so feel free to play whichever way suits you best or, if you’re feeling adventurous, you can try both paths!
This challenge is all about Westfall Orphanage (or whatever you would like to name your own.) You either take on the role of caretaker or orphan, tackling a list of goals that will move you toward a better and brighter future.

◇ Choose Your Path
Path 1
You are a child sim growing up in the orphanage with six other kids. You never knew your parents and you’ve been here since the day you were born. You’ve seen kids come and go. You’ve seen the orphanage change owners many times, most of whom never cared about the children. You no longer care about being adopted. No, you’re determined to make your own path in life and support yourself!
Earn and maintain an A in both elementary and high school.
As a child, become a scout and earn every badge. Complete your aspiration.
As a teen, reach the top of a part-time career and after school activity. Graduate early.
Keep track of the money you make from your job and complete the voidcritter collection with your own money.
Max one social skill (charisma, comedy, mischief, etc.)
Max one hobby skill (painting, guitar, writing, etc.)
Reach level 5 in two life skills (cooking, baking, knitting, etc.)
Get two character values within range (either positive or negative.)
You may only leave the lot on Saturdays and Sundays. Curfew is 9:00 PM.
Sneak out at least once as a teenager.
As soon as you become a young adult, move out of the orphanage with the money you earned.
Apply for and get accepted into university.
If you want to play option 2 with this sim, graduate university with an economics or psychology degree then move back in as caretaker of the orphanage.
Path 2
You’re a young adult that has inherited an orphanage from your late grandparent. Before they died, you promised you would take over for them and do your best to raise the children living there, providing a good life for them until they either get adopted or grow up. Though you aren’t entirely excited about this life change, you’re determined to keep your promise.
Max cooking skill.
Max baking skill.
Max parenting skill.
Max handiness skill.
Must have a work from home job.
You may only leave the lot on Saturdays and Sundays.
Have a good relationship (middle bar or higher) with all kids.
Scold children when they misbehave.
Praise children when they behave.
Always bake a cake for the kids on their birthday.
Take the kids to at least one festival.
Do not accept any invites to dates, parties, hangouts, etc.
Influence them to do their homework, take care of themselves and do chores.
Keep the orphanage clean and repair all broken objects.
Cook meals for them every day (the kitchen should be locked for everyone but you, keep them fed!)
You must have each child reach young adult and move out. It’s your choice if you want to add more children in or end the challenge.
I wrote this challenge many years ago and posted it on an old blog of mine. I have finally re-found this, edited it and added it to this blog. I hope you enjoy c:
This is certainly not the first astrology-themed challenge out there but I’m hoping mine will be original enough that you decide to give it a shot. There’s a couple things I want to mention first, though.
I used this site and this site to determine the best colors, traits and aspirations. Keep in mind that many of the signs share traits but I didn’t want to overlap them, I wanted each one to be used only once. Please do not get offended if you think I misrepresented your sign! It’s just for fun, remember?
Share your playthroughs with me using #astrodiacchallenge. If you run into any issues or have any questions, feel free to ask c:

◇ The Story Thus Far…
Your sim has been chosen to become the heir of the Bloom family, an ancient bloodline of sims that are the sworn protectors of the Astrodiacs. Your sim’s family will be rewarded with 180,000 simoleons per year as compensation and your sim will be moved to the Astrodiac manor in Glimmerbrook where they will be tasked with raising the next generation of Astrodiac heirs.
Will they succeed in their goal and earn enough riches to live the life they’ve only dreamed of? Or will they crash and burn, their soul crushed by the siblings they were tasked with raising?

◇ Choose Your Play Style
Raise 6 kids at once time then repeat with another 6.
Using a mod like MCCC, raise all 12 kids at once.
Raise 1-2 kids at a time.

◇ Guidelines
Feel free to change or ignore these to fit your own playstyle. If you’re not having fun, there’s no point! c:
Create a young adult sim. Traits and aspiration are up to you. This sim is the caretaker and is NOT part of the 12 Astrodiac children.
The caretaker sim can not have children, can not have a partner and can only have a work from home job. Their attention should be solely on raising these children.
The 12 Astrodiac children must be spellcasters.
Newborns can be aged up whenever you get tired of them.
Infants can be aged up once you unlock the sitting up milestone and feed them a food they like.
Toddlers can be aged up once they reach level 5 in all skills.
Children can be aged up once they have completed their aspiration and reached level 5 in two skills. Upon aging up to teen, they must immediately be given their familiar.
Teens can be aged up once they complete their aspiration and reach level 10 in one skill and level 5 in two skills.
Young Adults are fully raised once they reach rank 6 as a spellcaster using ONLY the spells from their chosen magic school and reach level 8 in their career (or max if it’s a part-time job.)
Skin and hair colors are completely optional as they require custom content.
If you don’t have one of the packs used for the traits/aspirations, feel free to exchange them for whatever you feel fits best.
