I have never seen the idea of Altena inheriting Chalphy when she should be the duchess?

I mean if we consider the inheritance to go older sibling-> younger sibling,..

The heir to Chalphy was Sigurd but he’s dead and it passes to his son, Seliph, who inherits the Grannvale crown, so the fact that Seliph doesn’t inherits both things it’s probably because it is established that he can’t rule two places ( Arvis was the emperor and also the duke of Velthomer but oficially he was the emperor consort so he’s not really the heir to both sides so not exactly the same thing) so it leaves to the older sibling line not suitable for being the heir.

So we have Ethlyn, even that she’s married and it is established that she’s now a Leonster but she should still have rights to her homeland if anything happened.

At the end of the war, Seliph can’t inherit Chalphy but Ethlyn’s older child, Altena, doesn’t inherits anything (even that she was the heir to Leonster if everything didn’t had gone like it went) so having the duke’s granddaughter inherits her grandfather’s land makes more sense than Oifey (even if he deserves only good things)

Maybe she was established as the heir after the war and she just gave up her tittle because she prefered to be at Thracia ( It makes sense, she doesn’t care so much about Leonster I can’t see her caring about Chalphy) 

I don’t know, but it would be funny thinking about the Thracian princess now a duchess of one of the duchies of Granvalle

[FE4] Christmas at Chalphy

We all know Byron would dress up as Santa for his kids, even when they’re in their teens and Sigurd and Ethlyn feel slightly embarrassed, but they appreciate the gesture anyway.

Had he lived on, Byron would’ve done the same for little Seliph.

[FE] Let me get this straight.

I don’t mean to go back to something that passed a while ago, but there’s something I really need to get out of the way. Rant below the cut.

Yes, Sigurd respects women. That is because Sigurd is a very respectful and humble man. However, Tharja is the last person he’d treat respectfully. Tharja is an obsessive, murderous stalker and implied rapist. With how strong Sigurd’s morals are, he wouldn’t let somebody like her slide just like that. Sure, he’s affable enough to remain polite even to those he detests. However, want to know what sure as hell would be the final nail in the coffin?

Tharja is an abusive parent, outright confirmed in-game itself.

FE4′s second generation features the Child Hunts under the tyrannical rule of the Loptyrians. In these hunts, children are pitted against each other in a Darwinian fashion to ‘select’ those worthy of growing up in the new Loptyr Empire. While Sigurd may no longer live, Seliph does meet his parents’ spirits at the end of the chapter, implying Sigurd may have seen everything happening from the afterlife.

With that knowledge in mind, do you seriously believe Sigurd would hold any shred of respect to Tharja? If you do, then think again and either play FE4 or do your research.

Chances are we’ll be getting a Jugdral banner for FEH. I don’t even play Heroes and I’m absurdly hyped, since it’s about time Jugdral got some spotlight.

                           How long has it been..? 

     Honestly, he had no idea. All he knew, however, was that he was supposed to be dead. Not standing here. Though, Eltshan wasn’t going to complain about it- at least, not now. But that did force him into try to keep out of anyone’s sight- gods forbid someone saw him, the word would spread like fire. A sigh fell from the blond’s lips, eyelids falling close as he kept making his way down the trail he found in this rather thick forest- until he came to a full stop once he heard something- a horse’s hooves.

    A single eyebrow would raise itself- as if questioning if it was just a wild one or someone was actually there- the latter sparking a bit of fear- something he wasn’t used to feel much, but not having a single weapon on his person perhaps was the reason why. Hands were raised up to fix the scarf around his neck- tightening its hold of it before golden eyes gazed in the source of the noises’ direction. If only he could actually see if he had something to fear or not, but this damned forest made it barely possible.

     Taking a few steps forward, Eltshan squinted, eyes narrowing as he tried to focus on the dash of blue he just had seen- a very familiar blue, too. Could it be..? No, it couldn’t. There was no way that he would be here, out of all places. Yet, there still was a chance that it was, indeed, real. Another step over and he stopped, remaining silent as it went by once more. But it was until he heard the yet familiar voice that he then felt the fear fade away slightly. He would call out- his voice loud enough to be heard nearby but not enough to seem as if he was shouting.

               “...Sigurd..?”
