Type: Herb

A small while flower with a large yellow center. Frequently confused for daisies.

Location: Chamomile grows in direct light with healthy and loose soil. The Shining Sun often complains of wild chamomile invading fields.

How to Use: Can be eaten raw by the patient or can be boiled such as in the Chittering Troops.

Effects: Meant to strengthen the heart and soothe the mind. Chamomile is part of the herb packages.
