I lost my confidence when I was younger because I didn't speak #English and I knew how important it was to fulfill my career goals. That's why I took the challenge to learn it. People laughed when I first started and tried to speak but I didn't care. Years later I'm still a work in progress but it's a skill I'm proud to have and constantly work on which is why I'm a #rolemodel for the @englishmovement. 😊 • I want you to have better opportunities in life. I want you to be able to take better care of yourself and your family. I want you to achieve your goals in life. Malaysia needs your productivity, skills and knowledge to be competitive on the world stage. All this can be achieved thru better English language skills. 70% of the Malaysian workforce do NOT speak employable English i.e. they can get a job but their opportunities for promotions, payrise, etc are limited as they lack the required English language skills to climb the corporate ladder.
