Dear Changy,

I suppose there is no harm in a slight change of pace.  I’m sure the publishers of Strand Magazine wouldn’t mind making a few edits to their stories about me from now on.  It’s a simple matter of moving one letter to a different location, after all.

The question remains, of course, will the general public approve of this decision?  I’ve already had trouble convincing them to refer to me as “THAT Sherlock Holmes.”  Perhaps a bit of repetition will do the trick.
