ok but when vanna asked which bird was it on hanriyu’s carving & he answered with “in my land, we call it the bird of happiness. a crane.” do you think that’s one of the reason why raikama cursed the brothers in their form? bc they were her true happiness too, once.

My brain : Raikama is an amazing character. She had some flaws but she was doing her best to keep the people that she loved safe. She was also a badass with a very interesting backstory. She deserved to have more story to tell

finished her radiant curse and a lot of things really makes sense in the scc universe. I really admire channi’s characterisation and elizabeth lim did a great job in building a storyline that helps us understand the character and world build. I always have a soft spot for sibling centric storytelling, and elizabeth does a good job showcasing the conditional love of the two sisters.
