Let’s look at what the manga shows us first:

Observation notes:

There’s not much Shōto in this chapter, we only have three panels showing him watching the battle between Bakugō Katsuki and Midoriya Izuku one the screen.

Teaching notes:

Remember how in the previous chapter All Might said he would stop the students if they were to take things too far? Well, Bakugō does but since All Might isn’t there but just watching from afar he can’t do more than tell him to stop and Bakugō won’t listen and it is only because this is a story that Midoriya didn’t get seriously hurt and the building doesn’t crash down on all of them.

Now, regarding the anime version...

Episode 7 - Deku vs. Kacchan (デクＶＳかっちゃん DEKU VS Katchan)

Changed parts notes:

There aren’t really relevant changed parts in this one. If I’ve to nitpick I could say I find interesting how Shōto now clearly seems the less enthusiastic in saying Plus Ultra. In the manga is not clear as we see him from behind but here his image is frontal and his expression and the fact he barely raise his arm give off his heart isn’t really into it.
