but omg when they wake up and see she’s not in the room, they’re gonna be like “oh ok she woke early” but when they don’t actually see her through the day they start to get worried, they ask people and when they said they haven’t seen them j and n will go beast mode. reader however, is just living her happy life!

Liam settles himself into his usual seat, ignoring the glance Hayden shoots over her shoulder. Trying not to bristle at the concern within her gaze. He’s fine. The couple of hours he spent holed up in the gym, trying to shake off the anger in his veins after Theo’s pissing contest, and the ass-chewing he’d gotten from Deaton, was enough to mellow him out. He’s not planning to go for Theo’s throat.

That doesn’t mean he’s above glaring in his direction though. Which is something he’s ensured to do ever since. Even during the game of dogfight football Derek had dragged them all out onto the beach to play. Or the subsequent beach barbecue after party. Both of which Theo had spent shirtless. Torso glistening in the sun. Abs on full display. Pecks perky. Just generally built to appear on the cover of some male modelling magazine, and not on the beach outside the Hard Deck.

Not that Liam was paying any attention to the way he looked. He was– and still is— pissed, after all.

Scorpia’s lips tremble as she thinks of closing the distance between them, kissing Adora’s lips finally. Like she doesn’t think about it sometimes when Adora falls asleep before her. She wonders if the other thinks it when that time is reversed. “Almost every time we have to leave and do different things, I miss you so much. I can’t wait to see you again.”
