my personal theory for what the identity of the flower king second dreemurr tv will be is that she's Tenna's ex wife - based on the Mr. and Mrs. and Spamton cutting board + reference to Baci Perugina.
realistically, Asgore is more likely to call a tv he's projecting his divorce-sads onto Tella Vision but given what the theme of Flower King dark world seems to be, a pun on Josei Tennō seemed like a plausible name for "Tenna's ex wife who became empress of Japanese-themed floral dark world." (I just... haven't come up with a pun that connects the dots.)
