Chapter title: “The Commanders of the Revolutionary Army appear”

In the cover we see Orlumbus telling his king (of the “Standing” kingdom) that he will stop acting as an adventurer.

The revolutionary army has moved its general headquarters to the Kamabakka Kingdom after losing Valtigo. Some of the members, including Ivankov have a meeting in the Kamabakka Kingdom. Sabo among them, is very happy to read the news about Luffy in the newspaper. Koala speaks with Ivankov.

They inform us that the German has stopped being considered a member of the World Government, by the decision of the latter. Dragon has decided to declare war against the Tenryuubito at the Reverie.

The great 4 Commanders of the Revolutionary Army show up in the Lulushia Kingdom where Momohige is attacked by the citizens. Momohige is under Kurohige’s wing, with a bounty of 52.000.000 Berries. His objective is to steal the money the Luricia kingdom is planning to send to the Tenryuubito.

The 4 Commanders of the Rev Army are presented;

-Morley of the Army of the West. A giant that comes from underground. His name is a play on words on “Mori” which means Lance. He yields a lance like weapon in his arm which allows to transform the ground into something similar to mud. Has a similar speech to the okamas.

-Belo Betty of the Army  of the East. A sexy woman with a cigar, wears shades and a tie. Tells the citizens of the kingdom that they are “trash” for the lack the courage to fight.

-Lindbergh of the Army of the South. Has cat whiskers on his face. It’s an inventor that fights with its own creations. Ha a Kansai accent, very rare in One Piece.

-Karasu of the Army of the North. Speaks very low, his name means crow. It seems it was him with whom Sabo was speaking at the end of Dressrosa.

Belo Betty encourages the citizens to fight against the pirates using her akuma no mi the “Kobu Kobu no Mi” (Kobu=courage). When she waves the Rev Army’s flag, she awakens the potential on other people (what they are capable of improving). Morley calls it “The flag of Freedom”.

Belo Betty:” What would you do now shitty citizens? Fight or die! Choose your own destiny!

Lindbergh freezes the pirate’s guns with his weapon “Cool Shotter”. Karasu lets his crows disarm the pirates. The citizens take the weapons and fight with courage. Finally with the help of the Commanders they win the battle.

Momohige says that Kurohige would be very angry when he finds out but Belo Betty says that Kurohige is not the type of pirate to worry about his subordinates’ defeats.

Belo Betty: Well done! Call us whenever you want! We never ignore the potential of people to show courage as weak as they may seem.

Belo Betty tells the citizens of the Lulushia Kingdom to cash Momohige’s bounty from the World Government. She also gives them a paper to contact the Revolutionary Army whenever they need it.

There are 2 days left for the Reverie to start.
