For those who’ve been asking about the next chapter analysis essay (which is totally fair, I’ve been busy with work and the muse has gone in other directions lately), but today I wrote up the outline for Tyrion IX (the first trial chapter) and I’m feeling very inspired. It’s going to be a longer essay, because holy hell it’s such rich material (possibly one of the top five Tyrion chapters in ASOS), but all I have to do before I can start writing is plug the quotes into the outline.

I just built up enough of a buffer in my class in order to start working on Tyrion IX. I just finished highlighting the chapter, and the next step is to do an outline and then plug in the quotes, and then I can start writing it up.
I am also looking forward to writing this, because I've already done a bunch of work of the research on the historical analysis for this chapter.
