What I've learned from my psychosis episode
fiction is not a replacement for real human connection
too much projection can be very harmful
speculation and fact are different
there's no need to be overly defensive about fiction
being hesitant about a problem only amplifies it
it's one thing to have an opinion on a series/character
it's another to take that opinion way too personally
parasocial relationships apply to viewer and fiction
fictional crushes are fine
but you shouldn't be writing fanfic 24:7 about it
sometimes when you're delusional about a character,
it affects how you view and interpret them to
where it isn't the character anymore,
just someone vaguely resembling them,
where they act out of character due to projection
