Game of Thrones as 80's & 90's characters prints

We actually mentioned these awhile ago, but at that time they were just cool pieces of art for you to check out on the interwebs. Now the work from Mike Wrobel is available for you to purchase and thumbtack up on your wall. The collection features some of your favorite characters from Game of Thrones decked out in garb from the 80′s and 90′s. Sansa’s got a Trapper Keeper, Bronn is rocking an Adidas jumpsuit, Tyrion is wearing the ugliest Saved By The Bell-esque shirt ever, and, while we haven’t read the books, they’ll all probably be dead soon.

OOC : I love Cinema

When I RP Jean Lenormand, a lot of male characters come in my mind. Of course there is Arsène Lupin (which is not from movies but from fucking good books, go read them), Hubert Bonnisseur de la Bath from OSS 117 and Georges Valentin from The Artist, but not only. I thought that if you wanted to understand my little OC fully, I should share those sources of inspiration (and sharing my movie taste in the same time is just a happy bonus).

SO Jean Lenormand is also directly or indirectly inspired from (in no particular order) :

Michael James in What’s new Pussycat? (That poor man is doomed and it results in an awesome hilarious movie)

Bertrand in L’Homme qui aimait les femmes (beware sad movie about a men who worship not only women but every unique woman in the world)

Philippe Roaché in Godzilla (if you didn’t like this movie please watch it again from a French point-of-vue: The level of awesomeness is beyond measure and I don’t care about the cliché, I constantly play with them. The headcanon about coffee is directly inspired by that.)

Mike Church in Dead Again (or how to perfectly deal with ultimate love and paranormal)

Dr King Schultz in Django Unchained (sassy, awesome, and helpful –that’s an understatement-, perfect)

Benedick in Much Ado About Nothing (sassy, romantic, hopeless, and clueless about his own feelings, perfect)

Valentin in Il ne faut jurer de Rien (I love it, it’s as simple as that, I adore this movie, this character, this period of French history, the way Jean Dujardin plays in this movie, everything about this movie is perfection)

Westley in Princess Bride ("as you wish")

Philippe (another one) in Filles Perdues Cheveux Gras (a french musical film about 3 women who finally get over a lot of issues despise evil men, only one good man in that movie : Philippe)

Louis Echard in Populaire that guy help a pretty girl to develop her natural talent, clearly fall in love, make all her dreams comes true. Except one, he needed to be kick in the ass to realize that yes HE also deserved to be happy and that anyway she couldn't be happy without him. (just another perfect movie)

Flynn Rider from Tangled well I'm not only talking about the eyebrows here but obviously it's a start.

Gatsby from The Great Gatsby romantic and sentimental to death, spectacular, self made man with a smiling face and a lot of secrets. Jean is clearly a little Gatsby.

Monsieur Gustave H from The Grand Budapest Hotel A very serious and competent man, flirty, with a huge vocabulary, brave when it comes to fight for the right causes, coward when it's no use to fight, a good man from the beginning to the end, knows how to give love and in need of love in return
