Day 13: Character Room!
Day 13: character room! Arven’s room has to be messy at least half of the time!
My eyes want to close so here's my last piece today and a hint/peek (?) of the next Tales Of A Talkative Housecat episode!!
Rowyn’s The Room
They froze in the doorway of their—the room.
After everything that had happened, after the years and disaster that had befallen them...the space had not changed at all. Frozen in time. Like a shrine to them—to that time, to before.
As the knight named personal guard to Evashen’s prophet, the room—only a door down from hers!—had the same white stone walls and elaborate golden paintings of the rest of the temple, the same cold and intricate wooden floors, the same wardrobe and bed frame carved with inaccurate flowers and vines. The first time they had d seen it, the excessiveness of it all, they had been awed and honored. After all, it was only given to someone of a position of esteem.
But the patterns and narrowness of the room had turned claustrophobic in mere weeks, and a prison in those final days.
The only relief from it all was the window—which only overlooked more of the same architecture, blindingly gold with the rising sun—and the green blanket. The thing was frayed on the edges, and miscolored patches had been sewn into it to cover holes, but it was theirs, and it looked so out of place in the pristine room and otherwise perfectly made bed. Their fingers twitched as if to touch it again, but they still couldn’t move.
Because they knew if they opened the wardrobe, it would still hold their uniform and the formal wear they’d been forced through torturous hours of fittings for.
Because there was still the wearing on the floor from the sword and shield rested between the desk and bed.
Because half melted candles still rested in the chandelier and holder on the desk.
Because there would still be flowers and leaves pressed into the pages of the others on the desk.
Because if they read the open journal on the desk in the corner, it would be a last, unfinished entry in a language foreign to the rest of the temple, as if they had simply moments ago instead of a lifetime.
The quill was even still the ink pot.
For a heart stopping moment, there was familiar laughter in the hallway behind them, and a now haunting voice calling their name. There was cheering and congratulations and the smell of dinner.
—there was screaming and roaring and the clash of metal and the taste of blood—
The only difference in the room, the only change after one hundred years and so much bloodshed, was their own face in the mirror, tired, scarred, and scared.
Camille's room
Eliot’s room... if he actually had one xD
Tamagotchi Pix Visiting Character Rooms Video
Character rooms on the Tamagotchi Pix, otherwise known as jobs are a huge feature! Your Tamagotchi has the ability to train and work on their skills to achieve an awesome career before they return back to Tama Planet. Of course your Tamagotchi might change their job a few times, and that’s half the fun!
Bandai Namco US has updated a video to the official Tamagotchi US channel which reviews the character room functionality. Including when you can access the room, how the room can change, and how you can encourage through its hobbies and performances through mini-games.
The video reviews Mametchi and Himetchi training in the cooking room, performance room, and the customization room. Each of the three mini-games are explained and how you can train your Tamagotchi to be a pro! Of course these are not all the mini-games available in the character room but it’s a good sampling!
