27. Who is the most stressful character you’ve ever written? Why?
in many ways, James, because he is so hard to nail down and so easy to make a caricature out of - the golden boy who has everything go right except for the girl. but trying to add dimension to him is such a fun part of writing him!
other than him? probably Regulus. his arc requires a lot of care and emotional investment, and he is such a divisive figure. love him though <3
28. Who is the most delightful character you’ve ever written? Why?
my girl Lily Evans! I love her narrative voice! I love giving her the complexity of which she was so deprived in canon!!! her voice comes pretty easily to me (or, at least, my version of her voice) and I just find her such a joy.
