Yikes.
I mean, first of all, points for dedication to that second asker! I’m sure it must be infuriating to send a multi-part ask and then worry that not all of it has gone through.
Secondly, I’m just... not ready to say anything about Lila’s mother. I haven’t seen enough of her and I try not to speculate without having enough information. If you twisted my arm and forced me to say what I think from the little we have, then I guess what I see is a mom who works a lot, maybe makes a lot of promises, tries to own up to things and make sure her daughter is well cared for, but any guilt over not being there causes her to just roll with whatever Lila tells her because the last thing she wants is to make Lila feel even more ignored by both not being around and constantly questioning Lila when she does.

this blog is so blessed aaaah now I'm wondering are there any MC headcanons about Nino's parents or upbringing somewhere

I usually try to form headcanons after a character has already been seen. If Nino’s parents are confirmed to never appear, I could probably think of something, but I imagine we’ll see them eventually (expect me to reblog this and scream if this never comes true).
Nino’s upbringing though… I imagine his parents were at least carefree. They let him do as he pleases as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone. This is why Nino can be pretty aggressive at times but doesn’t always get confrontational.
In addition, perhaps one of Nino’s parents is a director and another is a DJ? Nino loves both of them and wants to follow in one of their footsteps at least, but he just ends up doing both on and off at the moment because he can’t pick one. They appreciate that he tries so hard at least.
