"You appear cold Master." Cini would note, before increasing her body temperature and softly hugging you to give you some warmth. "Here, allow me to assist." Your companion drone would say.
"Mallisia and Yola? Oh sorry darling, they're... ahem... preoccupied." Natallie would respond to your question.
"With how many people want to experience them, they're just always SO busy." Cini would chime in.
"Truly such a shame." Jennifer couldn't help but smirk, making sure the closet behind her was closed and obscured.
Within it, the elf and rabbit in question were tied up back to back, mouths gagged with cloth. All the two could do was look over their shoulders to each other and silently wonder how they ended up in this situation.
(Bit of a shitposty thing here but the idea of the girls binding and gagging Mallisia and Yola then tossing them in a closet for taking up all the limelight (most of the starters I write are for them) popped into my head and I found it funny enough to want to do a thing with.)
The sound of another person dropping off their companion unit was heard inside Doctor Frau's workshop. Her assistant discussing the specifics with the customer, but after everything was said and done, the companion model was walked into her lab and she was given a data pad with all of her information.
"Hm. Cini is it? Hm, just some light work. Updates and maybe an upgrade to her chassis. Nothing that should take too long." She flipped through what the customer had purchased, only for the blue haired woman to finally look up at who she was going to be working on.
A smile spread across her lips as she ran her hand over her features. "Mm, not bad. Your owner has fine taste. I suppose It would be bad if I didn't make sure all your parts worked properly before I send you back huh?" She bit her lip and slowly hooked her up to her diagnosis equipment and lightly downloaded a simple temporary program that would replace Frau as the bot's owner for a few hours. Once she was rebooted, she would see the doctor as her personal toy.
The robot had already been placed into her low power mode upon delivery for her scheduled maintenance and update application; it was a common routine for her and her owner, but their usual technical doctor had been unavailable, so they'd had to find someone else to handle the procedure this time.
"Affirmative." She spoke as the doctor verified her unit designation and serial number, repeating the affirmation in response to the comment of testing her parts. Once she was rebooted with the custom loader, she went through her standard startup. “Companion Unit Serial JB-KM910 Online.” She said, “Unit Designation: Cini. Master Designation: Doctor Frau." She stood and gave them a salute, “How may I provide companionship to you oh Master?”

Yola couldn't help but quietly huff yet again. "Do you mind?!" She spat, infuriated by the robot's chipperness, even as Cini accidentally got in her way repeatedly.
"This unit just wishes to aid you ma'am." The Companion Unit chirped, "The faster your work is done, the more time you and the Master have to relax."
The rabbit grimaced, "You're only slowing me down you..." She trailed off, struggling to come up with a decent insult to the robot.
"Negative ma'am." Cini said, "My assistance has already increased your efficiency by 18.2%" She calculated, only prompting poor Yola to get angrier.
"I don't need your help!" The rabbit spat, tossing her mop at the robot in a fit of anger, the suddenness of the motion managing to slightly stagger Cini, although she quickly regained her footing and composure.
"Apologies ma'am. The Master commanded that I aid you and-"
"Oh so he's planning to replace me now is he?!" Yola found herself shouting, feeling tears well up in her eyes. At Cini's attempt to comfort her, the rabbit just shoved her away, throwing her cloth into their face before storming off.

Cini gave her creator a surprise peck on the cheek. She'd been built by him to provide companionship, and she knew how to make him smile. "Good evening Master Edward." The robot girl smiled with a salute, "My sensors detect mild levels of stress, do you require my assistance?" She asked.

The advancements in robotics felt like they'd happened practically overnight. Now it seemed like everyone had at least one robot, especially Companion Units, at their disposal.
You were no exception, having just finished constructing and programming your own one. Her eyes flickered to life, with her sitting up on her bench, "Companion Unit Serial JB-KM910 Online." She said, "Unit Designation: Cini. Master Designation: (Y/N)." She stood and gave you a salute, "How may I provide companionship to you oh creator?"
Despite being a robot, she already seemed infectiously cheerful, like her being there was lifting a weight off your shoulders.
