"The door that I need to use for things like going to work and buying food." She pointed out, even as she used her phone to take a picture of Lila lounging in the box.

"Sounds like your problem." She huffed, flopping down into the box and making herself comfy, her fluffy cat ears poking up as she settled down and purred to herself.

If she was just a cat, it would be easy to shift it out of the way with her still in it, but Lila's status as a neko added quite a bit of weight to said box...

"So are we doing this the easy way, the spray bottle way, or the hard way?" Connie asked with a mischievous gleam in her eyes.

She grumbled in response to the threat of being out of food, before letting out a panic'd meow at the threat of the spray bottle, not even bothering to question what the hard way would have been before bolting to her usual corner, slightly hissing.

Connie rolled her eyes before setting the spray bottle back down. Moving the box over to the side so it wasnt blocking the door anymore. "I suppose you can keep this for now." She replied before walking over to Lila and scratching her behind her ears.

Her hissing turned to purring fairly quickly as Connie softly scratched behind her ears, closing her eyes as her tail idly relaxed itself from its perked up state brought on by the spray bottle threat. Of course, being a catgirl, she happily hopped back into the box and made herself comfy.

Alicia mostly tuned out the grand speeches her parents made, going on about the joyous occasion that would mark peace between their two kingdoms and a prosperous future for their respective kinds.
