“So, you want this to be over?“
“What? No, no of course not, stop putting words in my mouth!” Dylan snapped, tugging so hard at his hair that was he was almost pulling it out. He hated feeling like this, like everything was out of his control, this was why he didn’t allow anyone to get close to him, because this was how they hurt him. Now, he’d fallen for Puck in so many ways, and he could already feel him slipping away from him. “I’m just saying, it would be easier if it was, wouldn’t it?” He slumped down into his seat, placing his head into his hands as he sucked in a breath, before looking up at his boyfriend - was he still his boyfriend - again. “You’re constantly looking over your shoulder, your reputation always seems to be more important than anything that we have, and nothing has changed at school. I’m still the class joke, even you can’t deny that,”

Rachel huffed, placing her hands in her lap as she dropped down onto the corner of the couch, watching as the last remaining animals scurried out of the lounge and back into their lives on the street. She waved them off, before looking up at Santana with a slightly raised eyebrow, “I don’t know what you mean,” she stated, shaking her head in confusion, “I just wanted to do a nice thing for you, since your were kind enough to let me stay, and good cleaning staff are so hard to find these days, wouldn’t you agree?”
