CRK Profile: Milky Way Cookie 🚂🌌
⚙️ Milky Way Cookie… wait… is she the one that’s been seeing all my dreams?! Anyways, she’s an Epic Charge Cookie that stands up Front. Is it to check tickets? Or is it that the conductor of the Sugarcloud Express needs her space to nap and plow through everything with a train?! That would be something interesting to experiment with! Her small stature means the conductor’s uniform she wears is a few sizes too big, but that adds several points to her cuteness factor besides her long ponytails and practically chibi face! She’s also one of three Cookies, the others being Moonlight and Blueberry Pie, that can equip Resonant Moonkissed Toppings with Epic statlines and improved bonus stats.

Take a handful of star powder gathered from all over the Milky Way Galaxy, illuminate it with delicate moonlight—and voila! Meet Milky Way Cookie, the Slumbering Moon's faithful servant and the conductor of the Sugarcloud Express that will take you to your sweetest dreams and back. Don't be afraid and hop on: one sprinkle of Milky Way Cookie's star powder is enough for a colorful, vibrant dream-just like reality but better! Everything is possible in the World of Dreams, and accidents happen, too: every now and then, the train's floor disappears, and cars reshuffle randomly, leaving crowds of passengers in utter confusion. And right in the middle of the conductor's scheduled nap time! But professionalism never betrays, and there is no problem Milky Way Cookie can't sort out. Colorful hair neatly tied with a Star Jelly, conductor's hat on, and choo choo! The Sugarcloud Express will deliver you to your dreamy destination according to the schedule. Just make a wish upon a twinkling star...!
⚙️ …yeah, she doesn’t have one. Instead, she eats a Star Jelly every few seconds to heal herself similar to Cocoa Cookie. While she has an offensive skill that justifies her frontline position, backup is practically required against any reinforced opposition since she doesn’t fight back between skills. Granted, her self-healing effect is somewhat effective in a pinch in case your healer’s busy with trying to heal someone else.
However, what also keeps her running as a frontliner is her passive healing bonus which grants her additional HP healed on top of any healing given through other sources. This passive also includes her regular self-heal. Being a dweller of the World of Dreams by default, she is also not susceptible to the Beckoning Dreams effect.
🍬 Self-Heal: 57.7% of ATK
🍬 Observed Self-Heal Speed: 2.8 Seconds
💗 Healing Bonus: +15% healing from all sources
💭 Beckoning Dreams: Not Susceptible / Immune
Skill: Sugarcloud Express
Milky Way Cookie jumps onto her dream train, gaining a DMG Reduction buff and providing a Stun Resistance buff for the entire team. Then she will push back the enemies several times, applying a DEF Reduction debuff and dealing damage. Once she's done with her shift, Milky Way Cookie will cast a Shield onto herself and the rest of the team. While Milky Way Cookie is using her skill, she will briefly become resistant to interrupting effects. Being a dweller of the World of Dreams, Milky Way Cookie is not susceptible to the Beckoning Dreams effect.
⚙️ As her offensive skill, she pilots the engine of her train: the Sugarcloud Express. As she prepares to depart upon her train, she grants herself a Damage Resist buff and gives everyone else the Stun Resistance buff. Immediately afterwards, she drives her train and plows right through opponents, pummeling them with the train’s front plow to damage them and lower their defense multiple times in rapid succession. Once she finishes her train ride, she gives everyone an HP Shield before going back to snack time. All the while, she is resistant against most interruptions like stun, freeze, and other forceful movements that would cancel her skill.
🚂 Train Charge Damage: 12 ticks over 2.0 seconds -> 62.1% per tick + ~0.5% per level (Max 114.1%)
🍪💥 Train Charge Extra Damage VS Cookies with Shield: +114.1%
💥 Train Charge Extra Damage VS other Enemies with Shield: +38.0%
🚂 Observed Interruption Resistance Duration: 3.75 Seconds
⏱ Starting Cooldown: 4 Seconds
🕰 Skill Cooldown: 15 Seconds
⚡️ DEF Reduction: -3.5% per tick, can stack
⚔️ DEF Reduction VS Bosses: -3.5% x 3 stacks per tick (Caps at 25 stacks)
⏳ DEF Reduction Duration: 7.0 Seconds
🛡 DMG Resist (Self): +40.0%
💫 Stun Resistance (Others): -50.0% Stun Duration
⏰ Buff Duration: 10.0 Seconds
🛡 HP Shields: 20.0% of Max HP for Milky Way Cookie, 15.5% of Max HP for Others (Lasts 3 Seconds)
⚙️ Her train’s impacts are more effective against targets with Shields and Bosses! Shielded enemies take more raw damage (and EVEN MORE if that shielded enemy is a Cookie), while her Defense Reduction debuff stacks three times per hit against Bosses! Bosses can only take 25 stacks of Defense Reduction, but the total percentage inflicted is much higher than what’s dealt to other enemies at a whopping 87.5%. This is compared to the tame 42.0% cumulative Defense Reduction that a normal enemy would get if they received all 12 hits.
Solid Almonds: Increases DMG Resistance further than the buff Milky Way gives herself. Being in the front, she’ll also be the one to tank most of the damage, so keeping her protected will keep her alive. This in turn protects her teammates and keeps them shielded from direct attacks.
Swift Chocolates: Being able to utilize a LOT of damage-income-altering status effects for both sides with her train, having these equipped will allow more frequent buffs and shields for her teammates while keeping the DEF Reduction effect active on enemies for a longer overall time due to the smaller gaps between skill uses.
⚙️ Being one of the few Cookies that can equip Moonkissed Toppings, USE THOSE INSTEAD OF STANDARD MEDIUM TOPPINGS. While wanting to use Searing Raspberries for the added ATK and using Juicy Apple Jellies for the extra CRIT% on her train rush is tempting, the small added heal and damage are usually outweighed by the status effects Milky Way Cookie can dole out. Likewise, she doesn’t even attack between skills, so trying to roll for CRIT when not applying the train attack is essentially pointless.
⚙️ While not always in on the action, Milky Way Cookie can be a critical defensive coordinator on both sides of the coin. Exposing weaknesses in hordes of enemies allows your friends to ride the express and exploit an easy breakthrough against almost any defensive lineup your opponent has, especially if they utilize Shields or if you’re facing a boss. Being able to forcibly shove enemies allows her to bunch them up, enabling follow-up combos with devastating splash damage. Her buffs bolster these defenses even further, granting DEF Resist for herself and Shields for everyone, while allowing her teammates to break off a stun in half the time. This early stun recovery can really spell the difference between escaping a stunlock and retaliating quickly against hordes of enemies and even the Arena-Infamous UBER-CHEESE COMBO involving Mr. Ordinary, Almond, Tiger Lily, and more, and being wiped off the field in seven seconds by said stunlock-slash-CHEESE COMBO.
But in the end, “It is said that born under the brilliant moonlight, each Conductor Cookie keeps a tiny fragment of the Universe.” Use that tiny fragment of the Universe that Milky Way has to YOUR advantage, control the defensive game, and ride the train to victory!
