I’d like to dedicate this video to @steadfastspirit, @charismaticblur, @a-wind-of-freedom, and @masterprotector. I’ve been out of the Sonic fandom so long, I’d almost completely forgotten how much of an impact that blue hedgehog and his friends had made on me as a child; He taught me to live life to the fullest, to be true to myself, to live and learn, and just smile and keep going in everything I do. This song reminded me of that. This is for you, guys! Love ya!

A year without this guy certainly knocked me for a loop. I still remember how it felt; The bullying, the tears, the heartbreak...The sad part of it all? I thought for sure that was the end of my journey as a Sonic fan. I thought I’d never revive that flame that burned so fiercely for everyone’s favorite speedy blue hero. I lost hope. But then, two amazing people I’ve met brought me back on track. This drawing goes out to steadfastspirit and charismaticblur. I just want to say, from the bottom of my heart to both of you, that I can’t thank you enough for helping me believe once again in the one who taught me to ‘just smile’ through everything life threw at me. 

I also want to thank a-wind-of-freedom for staying by my side through this whole ordeal, and I’m happy to say I’ll be returning to the Sonic community as soon as I can.

Cal’s aunt was going to maim her alive, it was after all, her wedding . She gawked at the ugly red-ish brownish stain on her ugly purple dress her aunt made her wear and flicked remains off of her fingers, silently. Her hands fell back on the ground when she saw her efforts didn’t see to matter as the goop stained, and her curled hair that was all swept the the side, clung together as the chili dog’s chili gooped in the brown strands. 

              “Well that’s one way to get rid of an ugly dress.” She mumbled, her hands still waving slightly in the air. She looked up from the ground at the offender and sighed. “My aunt is going to kill me. What even is this?” She whined slightly. “Just because I was cursing the dress because I hated it, doesn’t mean I wanted to get rid of it now.”  Cal groaned, brushing dirt off of her. The tight mermaid type dress made it almost impossible to get up, so she struggled for a while, giving up after a few seconds. 

       She looked up at the blue hedgehog and blinked, asking for help without actually saying anything. Her light blue face formed  a pout and gave him big red-pink puppy dog eyes. 

Get the memo Sonic, cause she ain’t going to say a word.

Wide electric pink eyes blinked as the hedgie made out a blue figure in the distance. "Eh...It's the "blue blur." She gracefully descended from her perch on a tree branch. "His name is Sonic, if I'm not mistaken..." A few moments of contemplation led her to approach him, albeit very cautiously. "Maybe he could help me get back home.." She muttered. She hoped her appearance wouldn't frighten him.
