hnnghh thinking abt how we should’ve gotten a kala and wolfgang first touch sequence again and crying inside. the finale was nice but it’s so rushed in comparison to the pace of the rest of the show and so we missed out on a lot of slow artistic detail sense8 usually loved to give us. like the pool scene in 2x06? the aesthetically gorgeous merits of kala taking on wolfgang’s theme and showing up soaking wet and looking like THAT??? their chemistry and sensuality throughout?? and then the awkward but kind of funny and sweet follow up w rajan? all of it simply a taste, a morsel of what we could’ve had if netflix weren’t such a little bitches. brb screaming at the gods

rewatched the sense8 finale again and came to the realization that. we DID see kala and wolfgang’s first touch!! when u look at riley and will’s first touch sequence, one of the prominent things abt it is how they switch back and forth, will lying in the hospital bed and riley standing above him and then back. it didn’t register for me until this rewatch of the finale that when kala and wolfgang are kissing, they’re doing the same thing, switching back and forth. that means rajan Did see them kiss

joong-ki’s whole performance when he comes to visit sun in prison fucks w me so much. like the long, sadistic lead up he does to actually telling her their father is dead, where he gets to drop little hints and watch the horrified realization slowly creep over her before he finally does the big reveal and shatters any hopes she may have still held on to? god i bet he practiced that whole speech in the mirror beforehand; i wonder what he imagined her response would be. did he actually think sun would believe him?? that she wouldn’t see the glee in his eyes, the smugness with his plan and the performance he was giving behind his faked sorrow? fuck. it’s so messed up and lee ki-chan did an incredible job in that scene. sense8 is such a good show
