It couldn’t be, she had just been sick from the stress lately with everything going on. Sitting there on the doctor’s bed, she felt like she was in shock. Replaying everything that had to her during the attack. There was no condom tear or anything like that. Oh god, she was going to be sick. And that showed on her face. Stopping herself though, she looked at the door before nodding her head. At this moment she felt like she couldn’t speak because she didn’t know what to say or do. What the hell was she going to do? “Okay, so this might be cold. Emma, I’m going to have you lay back and lift your shirt up past her stomach a little bit but keep your bra covered.” Emma did as she was told, and she couldn’t help but glance over at her parents. She looked lost like she had no idea what the hell she was going to do. How the hell was she suppose to tell Nina? “Okay, here comes the cold part.” She felt the cold gel on her stomach, and then the doctor started to spread it around with the ultrasound wand. “Okay, here is a heartbeat. And I’m going to freeze that photo for you.” Emma turned her head looking at the monitor now after hearing the heartbeat. “Wait a minute..there is another.” The doctor printed out both photos, and then wiped the gel off and turned on the lights again. Emma just laid back unable to actually think about anything else. Sitting up, her hand went to her stomach. It was just so hard to believe right now.
