HUGE DISCLAIMER: i’m basing this off of the last 5 suitor event which was Queen’s Reign. Note however that Queen’s Reign only had 10 endings. The Wedding Event tomorrow has 15 endings!

So why am I even posting this? Answer: So we all can guesstimate just how much charm we might encounter for this Wedding Event.

Another Note: Wedding Event has already been done but as a two part story event in 2015 (cant remember the exact date), but back then aside from charm reqs, we had to buy items from the boutique using bells (here’s to hoping charm reqs will be lower) that’s why some players already have the limited edition and/or chibi items. Let’s see how Cybird will handle the pricing on this.

An Unofficial Quick Guide to Getting 2nd EC item

So after playing all the story events released this year so far, here's what I learned: charm reqs have increased SIGNIFICANTLY ever since the 4 suitor option was introduced; lucky time happens 4 times at most during the entire event(x2 for 24 hrs, x2 for 24hrs, x2/x3 for 24 hrs, x3 for 12 hrs); and that the 2nd EC item is always the hardest to acquire because it needs 4 Ends for 4 suitors within 48 hrs from entering the Event.

Getting this is hard if you're not prepared. You need to stock up on tea and cake, candies, make up pallettes, you know the works. For those who can't competitively buy the sets (me because I buy After Stories), we need weeks to prepare, or worse we're forced to skip events because we're low on ballroom ammunition.

For the Vampire Event, I diligently jotted down the charm reqs and did a bit of experimenting and I found out that one way to make sure I get that 2nd EC item is to clear the ends in this pattern: Premium, Premium, Sweet, Sweet.

Why? Because the first 2 premium ends not only get you the 1st EC, but also the increments between charm reqs are achievable this early in the event. You only need 10k personal charm for the 2nd Premium End and roughly 30k ish total charm to clear it.

How do you get 10k personal charm?Remember, every time we enter the event, we get a 2hr x2 lucky time and this IS ALWAYS CRUCIAL. Use every item you have on you during the first 2 hours PLUS the ice cream you get for going through one suitor. I estimated it should be around 3 tea and cake, 3 ice cream, 2 macarons, roughly 5 candies and whatever make up pallette you have. The earlier you get to the 10k personal charm the better since you have more hours to refill your energy, and every hour counts. (Personally, i never miss an hour of energy refills so yes I do wake up at odd hours of the night to do ballroom dances :))

So here's a quick chart of the charm reqs for THIS CURRENT EVENT (because sometimes the increment changes per event)

So there. Notice how there is significant increase in charm reqs when you go for a premium end compared to when you go for a sweet end. That's why the pattern is important and that's why you need at least 10k personal charm for the 1st EC, or better yet the first 2 hours of the event.

STILL, if you have the extra cash, buy the sets especially if they come with outfits or plushies; it's usually worth it AND you don't have to worry about anything AT ALL

(event friends are a factor but i'm not going to include it here because it's mostly luck since we have limited slots for friends.)

UPDATE: Will now add the rest of the numbers from continuing the event. I will be doing Premium, Premium, Sweet, Sweet in that order now. I think it’s a pretty good strategy too, given that during the 2nd EC and 3rd EC we definitely get one 24 hr x2 lucky time, and if we’re really lucky, a second 24 hr x2 lucky time before the 3rd EC. So here goes:
