Heres my ideas for if the Chaotix were to be added in Outcome Memories! I tried my best to be accurate to the characters and the rules of the game. Some things I say in here might not be correct, so please correct me if I am wrong!
Vector:
Roar: Vector yells out a loud roar at the executioner, stunning them for around 3 seconds. There would be a windup, lasting about 2-3 seconds. Cooldown could be 10 seconds
Smash: Vector will jump up and slam down on the executioner, stunning them for 6 seconds. Cooldown would be 15 seconds.
Slingshot: Vector could grab a mobian and chuck them at the executioner? This is based off what he does in Sonic Heroes with Espio and Charmy. He could just pick them up and throw them, or spit them out his mouth. I’m not too sure about this one, as players wouldn’t want to be randomly thrown at the executioner without permisson. Id say that this would stun the executioner for 4 seconds. The person thrown at them could take maybe 2-4 hp of damage? Or none at all. The cooldown would be 25 seconds.
Also, slingshot could be used to save a player instead of damaging the executioner. OR Vector could grab the executioner and throw him. If that were the case, the stun would be 5 seconds, and the cooldown would be 40 seconds.
Bubblegum: This is based off what he does in Sonic Heroes. He blows a big bubble of gum, letting him glide. Id say this would be like Cream’s glide. He can slowly descend down, but he cannot go up. If he jumps before the glide, it could propel him upward, but not by much.
In “last man standing,” Vector’s power’s cooldowns would be reduced. Roar would be reduced to 8 seconds, smash would be 12 or 20. His health would be buffed to 125. He’d run slower, I don’t exactly have a reason, just want him to have a disadvantage.
Again, his design would be based off his design in Knuckles Chaotix. Maybe make him a little more bulkier. Outfits would include, his modern gloves and shoes. His modern headphones. Another pair of headphones, but a different design, a cooler one. A detective outfit, hat, shirt, and shoes. His chain, maybe they would already have that on his design. A even better chain. And maybe his butcher outfit from tmosth.
Espio:
Kunai: Using his kunai, he could stab the executioner, either by throwing the kunai at them, or just running up and stabbing them. The stun would last for about 3 seconds. Cooldown would be around 8 seconds.
Ninja kick: Espio kicks the executioner, maybe doing a cool backflip for landing. The stun would last for about 4-5 seconds. The cooldown would be around 15-20 seconds.
Leaf Swirl: In Sonic Heroes, Espio is able to jump and make a tornado, spinning and disorienting the executioner. Also giving him a bit of a speed/jump boost. The stun would last for 6-8 seconds. The cooldown would be around 30-40 seconds.
Invisibility: Espio can go invisible, so he can sneak attack the executioner or make an easier getaway. The cooldown would be about 30-40 seconds.
I’m not saying ALL of that should be added in. Maybe get rid of one of the last two, or make invisibility into more of a passive than an actual power. Like, Espio could go invisible for a few seconds when the Executioner is close. OR, the invisibility power could be activated in the LMS.
Just like Knuckles, Espio should be able to climb walls.
One of his passives could involve seeing where the executioner is. You know how chameleons can move their pupils in any direction? That could be used to spot the executioner. Or, his incredible hearing could be used too. Either one could work for a passive that involves knowing where the executioner is. He could see a white outline, an arrow pointing towards the executioner, or something else.
In “last man standing,” Most of Espio’s power’s cooldowns would be reduced. Ninja kick would be reduced to 10 seconds and leaf swirl to 25 seconds. If invisibility were to be one of his powers, it would be reduced to 15 seconds. His speed would be buffed, making him faster. I feel like he would have a similar disadvantage to Sonic. He would take 10-15% more damage, due to doubting himself, and marking himself as a failure….just seems in-character for him.
For his design, it would be based off his design in Knuckles Chaotix. Outfit choices could be, his modern shoes and gloves. A samurai themed head band/hachimak. A black cape. A ninja cloak, could cover his muzzle and have a hood. A katana to replace his kunai. A shuriken to replace his kunai. Detective hat. His poet outfit. Annd that’s all I got for now.
Charmy:
A stinger attack: He can sting the Executioner, it could stun them for 2-3 seconds. The cool down would be around 6-8 seconds.
Flight: Similar to Tails, he can glide down from places and fly up to places. I feel that he should have the same length/energy for flying as Tails, maybe even more. I’m pretty sure that Charmy is a better flyer than Tails, but I could be wrong. The cool-down would be around 20-25 seconds, or however long Tails’s is.
Teleportation/Flower Warping: Based on the events in Sonic Heroes, Charmy can go into a flower and come out of another one, basically teleporting. But this is where it gets tricky, I don’t exactly know how they would implement this. Either, they plant flowers around the maps, designing them to fit in. Or, they make Charmy plant the flower himself in some way. Either he just pulls it out of his butt, (not literally), or it just spawns there.
I feel like, since he already has flight, this power should have a long cooldown, maybe about 40-45 seconds, or maybe even more! I wouldn’t want Charmy to be to overpowered.
An alterative for the flower power, maybe it could be used for healing in some way. Like, he could pull out a flower and it gives hp to mobians nearby? Something like that. But it wouldn’t be as strong as Cream’s. I am not too sure about that one, id rather have the teleportation.
For passives, I feel it would be similar to Tail’s, but not exactly like it. Charmy is known to have great intuition, which is why he’s a great junior detective. Maybe at some points Charmy can see the Executioner, when they are invisible and when they aren’t, though it wouldn’t be as often as when they are invisible. Maybe an arrow can pop up on the screen, pointing to where the Executioner is, or it could just be like Tails’s, where he can see a white outline of the Executioner.
In, “last man standing,” Obvi his health would be boosted, maybe up to 110-120? His cooldown for flight and the teleportation would be reduced. Flight being reduced to 8 and teleportation to 25. I have to advantage ideas for him. First one is, the same as Cream’s. Where she is given dodges in her LMS, helping her to not be hit. The second one is, having his passive be buffed. Like he could see the Executioner all the time. Though, in LMS, usually the Executioner is ALWAYS chasing you, so it might not help THAT much, but still. For a disadvantage, im thinking something that makes him act messy in a way. Either the screen shakes a bit, making your attacks harder to hit. Or his stuns don’t last as long. I say this because I feel like Charmy would be stressed, he’d be brave but his defense would be messier than usual. Just seems in character for him.
That’s about it. For his design, however. It would obvi be based of his design in Knuckles Chaotix. Same helmet, shoes, color scheme. But, I have ideas for the outfits. Obvi his vest could be one. His modern helmet and shoes as well. A detective hat, id say that would be an option for all of the Chaotix. Something flower related, maybe a flower crown or just a simple flower in his hair. That is girly, though. Maybe some overalls. His vampire outfit from IDW! (I think that was idw) Maybe an option for him to not have his helmet, him having spikey hair. That is all I can think of right now.
Those are my ideas for if the Chaotix were in Outcome Memories! I tried my best to make them like theyre true characters and fit them into the game. Id draw all of them, but I literally cant draw Vector and Espio. I can draw Charmy! But I don’t feel like doing that rn..I really hope the chaotix are added, id definitely change from a Cream main to a Charmy main! But it would depend on how he actually worked. Hope you enjoyed these ideas!
