My notes from yesterday's #yogatherapy training session started out with this quote. And boy howdy am I feeling it. Our teacher, Chase, followed with this, "But there is a promise: if you will work through this, you will have a meaningful and fulfilling life." I believe this whole-heartedly. Not because anyone told me I needed to, but because I've experienced it. Days like today I have to remind myself that this is part of the process, and I have CHOSEN to be in the process for a reason. May we have hearts that are open to love. May we have eyes that see the truth.
