Busy times!! I’m working long hours and only getting a few hours of sleep in each night! This year I wanted to swap between header and chaser bin instead of always being on the header and I love it! The chaser bin while you are unloading you can stretch your legs and do some exercises which I have been doing, such as push ups, chin ups, sit ups, wall sits, plank, squats and lunges! I sometimes go on chaser bin in mornings and header afternoon/night and vise vera! Sincerely farm girl xxx
