“To lead’ (leith) literally means to step across a threshold - and to let go of whatever might limit stepping forward.” (Senge, Hamilton, & Kania) I’ve recently began the Master of Art’s in Leadership program at Saint Mary’s College. Loving it so far. Can’t wait to inspire others to pass their thresholds and become world changers. Thankful to God, family, friends & MY leaders that helped me get here.
