This would take me a few days, since I am recovering from a few weeks of headache, but I want to draw anybody but the main 4 lads .. do you have a request 🥺?
( And, to make things fair to the people I see in my notifs often, if you got a good reff and want a fan character, I'd give them a go!)
yeah ok so the johnny and his malorian objectum train of thought hmm. he is tonguing the muzzle while making out with the barrel sloppy style. drool coating his chin as he groans around it and all btw.
Thoughts on how you'd write Pyro? I've seen a lot of people infantalize them, or act like they still have the mental capacity of a child. Which really irks me!! Schizophrenia/Psychosis is a REAL AND VIVID BAD THING..
And it pisses me OOFFF when people act like Pyro has Zero mental capacity or awareness of things, because that's also a grown person under that suit
Just my own personal little rant, as someone who handles psychosis. A huge writing Pet peeve.

Pyro's an interesting character; we definitely share the pet peeve you have over people infantilizing them. I feel like infantilization is a common thing in fandoms when it comes to characters who have mental problems that alter their behavior like that–if not just because it makes the character easier to conceptualize. That I'd be able to understand with Pyro, as their character's background is generally a mystery.
Anyway, the end of the day, Pyro is a grown merc, and I think it'd be important to keep that balance at play. They have delusions and hallucinations (some perhaps influenced by the optics on their mask), and they believe they're real, but they aren't a child. Plus, I think it'd be interesting to explore how Pyro deals with this from a more mature perspective. Do they always experience everything in terms of Pyroland? What about when the visions fade and they're met with the carnage they've wrought? Will fire still look so beautiful to them? Maybe so.
Additionally, the ambiguity surrounding what Pyro even is would be interesting to explore; maybe they aren't even human. Who knows?
I took a walk to the grocery store, and, while it did take me twice as long to get back home due to a sudden rainstorm... I also got to see a cherry tree, in blossom, getting its petals all thrown around due to the storm! If I hadn't been waylaid by rain and forced to wait in a bus stop, I wouldn't have seen that. I'm glad I did!
A reminder 🦐
