After a crazy weekend and with only a couple of days left before Xavier finds himself sucked in by work again, he was glad to have heard from Cisco. He thought the man was great and an even greater partner to Astrid. So when offered, he jumped at the chance to catch up. Cisco knew about the break-up and Xavier had told him a bit about how he was taking it. It was no surprise his friend had invited him for an afternoon out. That was the kind of guy he was. Not having too many details, Xavier threw on some shorts and a plain t-shirt. Cisco mentioned trainers and truth be told, Xavier had to really dig to find a pair. Once he was ready, he jogged toward the jeep and happily jumped in. “Hey, stranger! How’s it going?”
