“Oh I’m sorry” Abel said with a laugh as he almost fell into Phoenix who had been sitting on the lobby. He’d fell over his feet. Again. And it might’ve had to do with the vodkas he’d had earlier, although he’d never admit it. “Didn’t see you there” he added, which was absolutely ridiculous because she was the only one around. He planted himself into the seat across from her anyway, smiling like an idiot.
Welcome to Hollywood. Your room is down the hall on the right, Audrey’s is right next to it. The two connect through the door on the left wall. The closet and bathroom doors are on the right wall of your room.
The headache was maybe a seven out of ten, which wasn't bad considering it was the morning after a ball, but it was standard for Abel these days, to wake up hungover, so he'd subconsciously started rating them out of ten-- and he'd had his fair share of tens, so a seven was doable.
He groaned as he turned over, ready to press his head into the cold pillow to his right and maybe get another hour or two sleep, but he was met with another body instead. "Fuck" he said first, voice croaky with sleep as he opened just one eye, squinting to see who was next to him.
"Good morning" he offered then, because he'd realised fuck wasn't the most polite thing to say to someone he'd clearly slept with the night before.

Abel had been suffering Hank Snatchblossom's flirting for quite a while now, but he'd had a full cocktail and a good view of the dance floor, so he was doing okay, one word answers was keeping him at bay-- right until Hank moved his hand that had been laying on Abel's knee upwards.
He kicked his leg away and shook his head, still smiling, because he knew this awful man could be of use next cycle, but for now, he didn't have a team to win funds for, so he could stop it from going any further. Snatchblossom began to protest a little, nothing too bad, but it had Abel uncomfortable, he leaned in towards Abel's face so he could whisper in his ear, and even though Abel moved his head away, he could still smell his foul breath above everything else.

“Are you listening to me?” Abel asked the bar tender, frustrated, because he was about three quarters a way through a very long story about how Emme had babbled a word that sounded a lot like “dada” and the bartender wasn’t paying attention.
He sighed then, turning to his right and rolling his eyes. “Can you believe that? He wasn’t even listening to me” he complained in a half slur.

Well, Kody successfully convinced me to get her a pet. We went for one, and ended up coming home with two... One for her and one that's more of a family pet..

(Phoenix pauses as he feels the end of the gun pressed against his head. Sucking in a breathe, he quickly whips around and presses the end of his rifle against her abdomen) Then we can both go to hell. Step off, Caitlin.
{Caitlin stares him down for a long moment.} Go ahead. Pull it. {As soon as she goes to move her hand jerks out, causing everything around them to freeze. She takes a few steps back, hesitating. Should she shoot him like this? No. That would be a cowards move. So, quickly, she circles around his back, then lets time continue. She knees his back so he falls, then jerks the back of her gun against his neck. She then uses the tip of the rifle against the back of his neck.} Go for it. I dare you.
