We are in the premium rosé category. There is not a premium style of rosé there are several obviously. We are here in an elegant, delicate, fruity and round rosé. On the nose there is fruit, red fruits and citrus fruits, then notes of peach and even exotic fruits. In the mouth it is very balanced, round and elegant. It is delicious and fruity. It is a romantic rosé to be enjoyed as an aperitif or on a fresh dish 🍇 🍇 C'est la première fois que je vous présente un rosé du château Saint-Maur. On est dans la catégorie des rosés premium. Il n'y a pas un style de rosé premium il y en a plusieurs évidemment. Nous sommes ici dans un rosé élégant, délicat, fruité et rond. Au nez on a du fruit, les fruits rouges et d'agrumes puis des notes de pêche et même de fruits exotiques. En bouche c'est très équilibré, rond et élégant. C'est gourmand et fruité.
