☑Sheikh Nasir visits Horna Drubeel area in Inderwal, takes note of people's grievances ✍Several political activists join PDP. #Chatroo: People's Democratic Party District President, Kishtwar, Sheikh Nasir Hussain visited far-flung Horna Drubeel area of Inderwal constituency and interacted with the people and listened their grievances. During the tour, people raised several demands and problems being faced by them. The issues raised by the people included improvement of roads, better drinking water and electricity supply. It was also informed by the local job card holders that they have not been paid their wages for the last couple of years for various developmental projects under MGNREGA. The locals also told PDP leader that the only health centre in the area is closed for the last several months. While talking to people Sheikh Nasir said that PDP under the dynamic leadership Mehbooba Mufti is committed to provide better basic services to the people of far-flung areas with focus on education and healthcare. He assured the people that their genuine demands would be brought into the notice of concerned authorities for their early redressal. Sheikh Nasir also spoke to Executive Engineer PMGSY Jughal Kishore, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Abdul Majeed and Zonal Education Officer Mir Ali and highlighted the problem concerning their departments. During the meeting at panchayat Drubeel several people joined PDP. Among those who joined hands with Sheikh Nasir include Ghulam Nabi Kumhar, Ghulam Haider Ganie, Gh. Haider Malik, Ch Abdul Gani, Abdul Rehman Chapoo, Mushtaq Ahmad Rather, Ghulam Hussain Sheikh, Mushtaq Ahmad Qazi, Masood Ahmad Chapoo, Bashir Ahmad Kumhar, Bashir Ahmad Chapoo, Ghulam Ahmad Chapoo, Mohd Aslam Qazi and Mohd Abass Chapoo . Sheikh Nasir welcomed the new entrants in party and expressed hope that with their joining the party will gain strength in the area.
