Picnic
two man Chauchat team in action.
Padparadscha from Steven Universe
Fusil Mitrailleur Modele 1915 CSRG
or as its more commonly known, the
Chauchat
This gem is typically seen as defective, a detriment, and a failure due to issues with her foresight. However her late predictions prove useful to reset the mood and provide clarity to those around her.
She deserves an equally misunderstood firearm, the Chauchat. Derided for mechanical malfunctions it's name has become synonymous with poor design in the firearms world. However much of this is due to design specifications changing and the American military requiring a new variant for for it's own use, with a more powerful round that the Chauchat was not originally designed to handle.
While they both have their flaws, they also helped save their allies, whether they're fighting the Axis powers of World War 1 or the Great Diamond Authority
World War I French Pone with her trusty(?) Chauchat?
There isn't much I have to say aside from coloring a very old sketch here with the depiction of WWI blending the Vietnam War-era graffiti. Leaves a very distinct appearance with all them markings and yet out of place. Dunno what else to say here, but Partisan Remore here definitely ain't gonna be one to fuck around. Just know that gun gonna put you down... when it works, of course. Just uh... try not to tell her that this gear doesn't work in Vietnam or anything in the Medieval land shhh...

Jul 13 1916 #OTD At Chalons-sur-Marne, a French official photographer takes this photo, IWM Q 99246, of French troops loading an ammunition magazine into a Chauchat machine gun ("show-sha"). This MG was also used by the American military.

So me and ONE of my super duper besties ( you can have several yes you sick bastards, thats like choosing one of your kids that is your favorite!) Is playing Fallout 76 from time to time. The game is.. well its kind of buggy, a lot of weird stuff but if you are just playing it with a friend its the closet to a COOP fallout 3/4 experiance you can have! My favorite part is collecting frogs. Thats why I drew this pic right here! SADLY the chauchat aint in the game but its KINDA lore friendly to the fallout series. ENJOY <3
