the silver screen is calling
i just signed up to be an extra on the show "army wives". they have this site that you go to and list all kinds of different specifics about yourself, and the times you're available each week plus attach a few pics. then, if they need anyone on their next episode shoot that fits your profile (in my case: short and blonde) they will email to see if you're available. several people i know (including my baby brother) have done it- so its not a lost cause. (and from all accounts, its the catered food that is the star of the day. lol.) hopefully they call, and before i head to Montana. that would be a real bummer if i get something from them after i've already shipped out of the Holy City. i think it would be an absolute blast to do- and if nothing else i'll get some great food out of the deal..
so listen up casting directors.. this girl wants to get some screen time in before leaving Chucktown for the great west!! and don't you worry, i promise to remember all the little people if i make it big
