Yeah, it just ended so abruptly and felt rushed. I looked it up, and it turns out it got cancelled (probably because it didn’t do well in terms of sales, which is kind of sad). Here’s the author’s tweet about the last chapter.

I really liked the episodic format, similar to Ghost Hunt, where you don’t know what kind of ghost or monster they’re going to encounter next. You could also tell around chapters 63-64 that there was more story to tell, and then bam, it just ended like that.

It’s definitely going on my recs list though, because I still enjoyed the ride (axed or not). I wish there were some way we could support the author so he could keep making horror stuff!

I play gu/il/ty ge/ar/s! One of the older versions, bridgette is a twin and they used the same sex twins as bad luck so she was dressed as a girl. Her main attacks are to yo yos, I hate fighting her causes my brother uses her and her finishing move involved a giant teddy bear too irc. Also she's a bounty hunter! the thing about the BAM that i liked is when haru goes there with legosi and they see the rabbit bodies, they're all donated or stolen [can't exactly remember] but i think that's the right way to go about it maybe? like just donate your body to carnivores after death. thoughts?

ive thought about this exact scenario too. this is sorta a silly, but the idea i had was kinda like how when you’re at the dmv and the paperwork for a driver’s license asks if you wanna be an organ donor. idk if it’s the most ethical or “correct” way of going about it but it’s the best i can think of atm. it’s interesting to think about.
