Thankfulness Project-Day 33, Catch Up: For healthy snack options! Because, although I get to work from home and have a lot of control over my schedule...I'm still working. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to roll out homemade snack cookies or juice my own oranges for orange juice everyday, Lol. So for those "on the run the days" I'm grateful to have these amazing bites that don't give a sugar crash, sabotage my diet regiment or make me feel even the slightest bit guilty! That and the fact that when I pack my daughters snack pack I can throw her in a healthy "treat." PS. For those who are interested or even care, Lol, for my fruit and veggie fix I'll cut up fresh fruit ahead of time to last for 2-3 days so Nam and I can grab and go.
