Rereading the fsa manga and I was reminded that Green literally carried everyone. Bro must have some serious eldest kid syndrome to have to do al that. Even in the first half/manga he was the voice of reason and the one who had enough social awareness to comfort Erune. Like bro is probably the only “heroic” part of Link. The others are absolute disasters. Red got lost and got mugged, Blue walked directly into a trap in the first three minutes of being alone, and Vio literally got kidnapped. Green was out there beating dungeons ALONE and freeing the knights of hyrule. Green is the mvp of that story, the others are side characters. Shadow was wrong it wasnt Link holding Vio back, there were all holding Green back. Bbg needs a nap and some actual teamwork. Looking at you blue.

Dude. Writing fanfic about Shadow Link is the best bc I get to make him as pathetic, and self absorbed as he is in canon. Like that boy is the opposite of ooc. In fact, I think I make him more canon than the canon material. He’s such a pathetic, evil, sad boy. Like he spends the whole freaking manga talking about how ‘everyone should love him’ and ‘he’s better and more competent than everyone else’, but like. That just most of the teenage boys I’ve met. He’s just a 100% accurate to being the evil clone of Link. He’s just Link’s side effect of puberty. That’s the funniest, most entertaining thing for me to write. Like yes boy, give me hormonal mass murder.

Anyway I put him in a high school au (he’s still a murder but now he alcoholic too)

I found that I’m a slice of life kinda guy. Slice of family life. But the slice is on fire, and the cake is on fire, and the country is on fire. And the whole world is on fire because we’re in hell. Familial hell. And the only way we survive is by burning our loved ones.

I’m posting this cause it’s ok to make bad art. I learned something from this so it was worth it. Maybe I’ll make something I like next time.

I feel particularly compelled to share this bc I had an in depth discussion with my stepdad about the use of AI.

He wants to make art for T shirts, but lacks the skills to express his ideas. I told him that even if he uses AI to make him something he wants, it won’t be what he wants bc it won’t be his.

Aside from the whole stealing the honed skills of other artists, AI steals so much more than that.

It steals your experience.

The experience of learning. Improving, creating and failing. It steals from everyone who uses it.

AI is a computer program that learns how to be better every time something is generated. Every prompt, every question, is teaching the program to hone its searching and direction following skills.

That’s something that the USER DESERVES TO LEARN. NOT THE AI PROGRAM.

I’m not anti AI use because I’m anti tools, I’m anti AI use because I’m pro learning.

TLDR; offering to teach my stepdad to draw so he can express his own ideas the way he wants to, without using AI to make his T shirt art. Keep learning, because that’s something AI doesn’t have the right to take away from you.

I saw a few people talk about art fight, so I got curious and made an account to look at stuff and art in the website. And now I’m registered????

So I put a petal to the metal and made some updated refs for a couple of my fav ocs. So yay I’m part of this event now DX

If you’ve done art fight before pls tell me how this is supposed to work. All the videos online are how to prepare for it, but I still don’t know what IT really is.
