@chcuchip Karui was visiting the Leaf once again as an agent of the Hidden Cloud, much like Temari was one for the Hidden Sand. However her visit wasn't just business. She was going on a semi- date with him. Only semi since several of his friends from the Leaf would be with them and they wouldn't be alone the whole day. Still, the idea that she was going to spend time with him that afternoon was going to be the highlight of her day. This evening there was going to be a grand festival celebrating the anniversary of peace between the Five Great Nations. As she neared the gate to the Hidden Leaf, she adjusted her headband for the fifth time that morning and waved to the guards at the gate before looking around for Choji. Normally when she came to the Leaf he would be near the gate or at least not too far from it. Was it a silly notion that she was actually looking forward to spending time with him? She gave a grumbled groan, rubbing the back of her neck as she kept her eyes open for him.
