"Taken to the cleaners" 😞 We've all heard this expression before and when you stumble upon it you can only shake your head. This project started out as as a moldy/musty witch-hunt but as you can see from the photos it's a failed assignment. Not only does the basement still reek, it has been left in shambles. We're excited to work on this one to restore faith and trust back to the customer. This is now a full gut as the odour identified is from cheap overseas drywall. The drywall emits a sulfur/rotten egg smell. Allergy and asthma sufferers are especially bothered by it.
